Please read the following critical information before signing into Core-CT.

Core-CT Modernization Project Update

The Core-CT modernization project is nearing completion. Users can expect to access the updated system when they sign in on Monday, November 25, 2024.

This upgrade will include changes to the look and feel of the system. Additional documentation will be provided in the coming weeks. We encourage all Core-CT users to regularly review the information and materials provided in the sections below. Questions regarding the modernization project can be emailed to corect@uconn.edu.

Upcoming Core-CT Schedule

  • Pay Period Ending 11/14/24
    • Timesheet submission deadline is Thursday, 11/14/24.
    • Timesheet approval deadline is Friday, 11/15/24.
  • Wednesday, 11/20/24 – Unavailable for Pay-Confirm activities.
  • Thursday, 11/21/24 – Available from 7:30 a.m. until noon
  • Friday, 11/22/24 through Sunday, 11/24/24 – Unavailable for system upgrade activities.
  • Monday, 11/25/24 – Available at 7:30 a.m.

Core-CT Self-Service Direct Deposit

  • Direct deposit via Core-CT self-service is currently unavailable.
  • Employees may submit direct deposit enrollment and change requests via the paper form(s) directly to Payroll.
  • The Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement form(s) and the secure upload link may be found on Payroll’s website.
